Destiny: Day One Patch and What to Expect - September 8, 2014

Destiny

With only hours until the launch of Destiny, players are entering the calm before the storm. But before the game has launched, Bungie has made some tweaks and the studio will be rolling out a day one patch that is bound to make the game better for everyone and give everyone the most up-to-date experience.
The massive patch included a number of different changes including weapons balances and weapon fixes on all consoles. Also included in the patch notes, Bungie has gone on to say it has tweaked class abilities and they have made a number of changes to the crucible and the PVP maps to make the experience better. It seems that the beta may have had something to do with this, but whatever the reason, players should get amped for the launch.
Destiny launches officially tomorrow though the servers are open now for those who have the game early. Destiny players can pick up the game for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Go To Space in The Destiny Launch Trailer - August 21, 2014

Destiny-mars

With only a little over two weeks until the launch of the highly anticipated new sci-fi spectacle Destiny coming from Bungie, publisher Activision have today released the first of the launch trailers which is bound to excite all intrepid explorers. While trying to defeat the darkness players will explore from Earth to Venus and throughout the trailer we see some of the gorgeous landscapes that Bungie has tirelessly put their hard work into.
Throughout we see some of the aliens that players will have to vanquish to become legend, and it’s clear to see how much work Bungie has out in to make the worlds and different environments feel very unique. What’s interesting is what’s going in behind the scenes with regards to more worlds opening up and what Bungie has planned for this epic saga. We all know they can create something big as shown by the Halo series, so putting that into an interstellar scope should be very interesting.
Destiny launches across PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 9 worldwide.

Venus Highlighted in New Destiny Trailer - August 18, 2014

destiny-screenshot-20

Last week Bungie treated us to what Mars would look like in the campaign part of Destiny, and fans went mad for it. The game looks stunningly beautiful in so many ways. With that it looked as though Destiny was all shown off and players were mega hyped for it, we were wrong. Today Bungie have released another new trailer; this time putting the spotlight on Venus.
Thanks to interstellar travel players will be able to set foot on Venus, though it doesn’t look like you think. With it being a lush paradise of vegetations it’s the perfect getaway for the weekend, that is if you can purge the planet from every alien nasty that unsurprisingly have a bad taste for humanity.
With Venus being the final planet to be released for the vanilla game player now have a clear look as to what the whole game will be like when traversing the universe saving it from the darkness and bringing life back to the traveller.
Destiny hits September 9 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Mars Unveiled in Exciting New Destiny Trailer

Destiny-mars

With less than four weeks until the launch of the highly anticipated Destiny, Bungie is starting to tease the third alien race that players will come across. Bungie is also highlighting what Mars will look like when playing the story mode. Not much has been said about the more bulky aliens but from what we see in this trailer they will pack a punch and bring jet packs to boot. They also seem to be fans of the big explosives so players are going to want to neutralize these enemies very quickly.
The main highlight of the trailer though focuses on Mars, up until now players have only seen a small piece of Mars by playing the limited time Iron Banner maps during the Beta which set players on a small human base on Mars. This new trailer though shows the moor open dust wilds of Mars and how the desert like planet will add new elements to the game.
Destiny launches on September 9 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 and looks to be the blockbuster title for this year and a game that hopes to make it’s mark as a huge game changer.
