New Minecraft DLC to Hit PlayStation Consoles This Week

Minecraft-dlc-2

Coming this week to the PlayStation iterations of Minecraft is an array of different DLC packs that are sure to open everyone up more creatively and add a ton of customization options. The Mass Effect Mash-Up Pack and Pattern Texture Packs add new items to the worlds on two different spectrums. The Mass Effect Mash-Up Pack will enable players to explore the Mars Facility from Bioware’s acclaimed Mass Effect 3; will you survive the nasty that lurk within? Also purchasing this pack will give access to Mass Effect Textures and new items to be used in crafting. A themed UI and menus as well as 36 character skins and 22 music tracks will allow players to battle against the reapers in a blocky universe.
If the sci-fi orientated pack isn’t for you then there is also the Pattern Texture Pack that will be made available. This pack allows players to decorate the Minecraft worlds with bright colors, beautiful patterns, and knitted animals; perfect for those who prefer a quaint time in the blocky worlds. The pack also includes a themed UI and stylized texture set that can be applied to new or previously created Minecraft worlds. Both packs will be available this week, most likely in the scheduled PlayStation Store update.
