Riot Games has been teasing players with it’s newest hero and how their new mechanics will work in the game. But today we now have a full introduction for the prehistoric yordle known as Gnar. The character model actually looks really good, some would say cute, which is all well and good until he gets angry. The new mechanics turn Gnar into a hulking brute who is happy to crush everything in his path. In short don’t get him angry or he’ll unleash his anger issues.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Collector’s Edition Unveiled - AllThatsEpic - July 29, 2014
On November 4, this years installment in the massive Call of Duty series with the launch of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. We already know that there will be three awesome versions of the game, mainly depending on what the fans of the series are into. The standard $59.99 version, a $79.99 limited version with extra content, and the daddy of the versions; the $119.99 version that’s has been dubbed the Atlas Pro Edition which includes the game’s season pass and new weapons.

Little Big Planet 3 Dated and Pre Order Bonuses Detailed - AllThatsEpic - July 29, 2014
Sony Computer Entertainment announced today that Little Big Planet 3, the latest entry in the charming platforming series will be released on both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 on November 18. The series which was created by Media Molecule now being developed by Sumo Digital will take a huge turn with this installment with the inclusion of not one, but three new playable characters. Each of them with skills specific to the character.

SDCC 2014: Directors of Captain America Reprise Roles for Agent Carter - AllThatsEpic - July 27, 2014
It was revealed today at SDCC that the Captain America directors Anthony and Joe Russo will be taking on Agent Carter by directing episode two and episode three of the series. The perfect pair to do so too as they have directed the first two Captain America movies. Both of them are also well versed on Agent Carter character, and Hayley Atwell who played the character in both Captain America films.

Platinum Games is known for its hardcore games, so it was strange to see them pick up the development for the Nickelodeon animated series The Legend of Korra. The Legend of Korra which began its third season on June 27, is a successor to the other animated show Avatar: The Last Airbender.

SDCC 2014: Four New Posters Unveiled for Mad Max: Fury Road - AllThatsEpic - July 26, 2014
Today at SDCC, the first footage from the upcoming Mad Max: Fury Road was unveiled. Which from the sounds of things blew the audience away, a good first impression by anyone’s standards. Director Duncan Jones came to Comic Con with a gift for the fans today. This surprise comes in the form of a first look at Warcraft. Even though the movie doesn’t come out until 2016, it’s impressive that Jones was able to attend and bring some impressive looking footage just to hype those MMO gamers up just a little. Jones stated that Warcraft will chronicle how Azeroth falls into conflict between Orcs and the humans, more specifically, the horde and the alliance.

Rehgar the Orc Coming to Heroes of the Storm - AllThatsEpic - July 22, 2014
MOBA Heroes of the Storm is about to get a new addition to it’s roster. It was revealed today by Blizzard that Rehgar the Orc from the Warcraft universe would be joining the game. Rehgar will be a supporting melee character and will have a spirit wolf ability that can get him from place to place quickly. Rehgar can heal and buff as well, a handy skill of stopping enemies from escaping is also of a benefit when tag teaming against the opponents. This is no doubt a welcome addition to players who love to play support.

Last month we got our first look at Drake and of the setting for Uncharted 4. Many assumed that the trailer was all CG but was later confirmed to be running in game engine. A new trailer has been released for Disney Infinity 2.0 edition unveiling the addition of Stitch and Tinkerbell being added this fall. A new behind the scenes trailer for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been released, and it touches up on how Sledgehammer has recorded the sound for this year’s entry. From what we have heard, the developer has put a lot of work into making the sounds feel more authentic than the previous. Audio Director Don Veca says in the video that “you will virtually never hear the same impact or explosion twice.”
