The video is brought to players by the composer, Maclaine Diemer who explains how they wanted to improve the game for season two and how the music will help deliver that goal.

Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi has commented on the misconceptions of players expecting DLC every month for Gran Turismo 6. During a recent AMA on Reddit, Yamauchi stated that Gran Turismo 6 is not meant to get downloadable content every month, but an update ‘almost’ every month. The clarification came after players were asking the question of receiving monthly DLC cars and tracks.

Before E3 players were eager to see more of upcoming neo-victorian third-person shooter The Order:1886, and with the reveal of the rebel fight in the streets of Whitechapel and the Lycan Encounter in the London Hospital players were not disappointed. July’s schedule for PlayStation Plus has been revealed, with the new format that Sony explained last month. All of the six games will be released on the same day and available for the whole month, this method will be the same as how Europe have had it since the launch of the PlayStation Plus scheme. The list was revealed when it appeared on the PlayStation YouTube channel, the video has since been removed but a user managed to grab the full list.

PlayStation boss Scott Rohde has stated that’s decisions about microtransactions are made on a case-by-case basis. Examples of microtransactions in full priced games are not hard to find anymore, just recently DICE’s Battlefield 4 lets the player unlock every gun and upgrade in the game for $50, while Rockstar allow players to use real money to gain in game currency for Grand Theft Auto V.

Square Enix games are always a touchy subject when talking to players and fans of the long standing series it hold.
